What Are the Testing Requirements Before Flying from GER to CN?
Since July 2, 2022 (inclusive), the latest requirements for the pre boarding covid-19 infection test of personnel from Germany to China are as follows：
自2022年7月2日（含）起，对自德国赴华人员登机前新冠肺炎检测最新要求如下：I.Testing requirements
一、检测要求All personnel taking flights from Germany to China must be tested for "binuclear acid" within 48 hours before boarding. Specific requirements are as follows:
所有自德国搭乘航班赴华人员须在登机前48小时内进行“双核酸”检测。具体要求如下：1. Two nucleic acid tests should be conducted in different testing institutions
1.两次核酸检测应在不同检测机构；
2. Using two different reagents
2.采用两种不同试剂；
3. The interval between two samples is more than 24 hours, and the time limit for the second nucleic acid test is within 24 hours before boarding. Antigen testing within 12 hours before boarding is no longer required
3.两次采样间隔24小时以上，第二次核酸检测时限为登机前24小时内，不再要求登机前12小时内进行抗原检测；
4. Passengers who transit from a third country through Frankfurt Airport and take a direct flight to China must be tested for "binuclear acid" at the testing point of the international transit area of Frankfurt Airport. Nucleic acid detection was carried out on two samples with different reagents at the detection point of the international transit area of the airport, which was regarded as "binuclear acid" that had been carried out in two different detection institutions
4.自第三国经法兰克福机场中转并乘直航赴华的乘客须在法兰克福机场国际中转区检测点进行“双核酸”检测。机场国际中转区检测点使用不同试剂对两份样本进行核酸检测，视为已在两个不同检测机构进行的“双核酸”。II. Testing organization
二、检测机构The nucleic acid test certificate issued by the German legal testing institution is acceptable.

三、调整赴华路线、中转次数限制Personnel from Germany to China can choose to take direct flights from Germany or go to other countries to transit to China. The applicant must test at the place of departure and the place of transit respectively, and apply for a health code.
自德国赴华人员可选择从德国乘直航航班或赴其他国家中转赴华。申请人须在始发地、中转地分别进行检测，并申请健康码。IV. The relevant detection and prevention requirements of Chinese funded enterprises, project personnel and crew members are consistent with this notice and will not be otherwise stipulated.
四、中资企业、项目人员和船员的相关检测防控要求与本通知一致，不作另行规定。V. Domestic temporary overseas personnel
五、国内临时出国人员If the domestic temporary business trip involves more than one country, take the departure place of the return direct flight as the departure place, and carry out nucleic acid detection in accordance with the requirements of this notice
国内临时出差人员如行程涉及多国，以回国直航航班起飞地为始发地，按照本通知要求进行核酸检测。VI. Previously infected person
六、既往感染者Those who have been infected for more than 14 days after recovery are tested as ordinary people. Those who have not recovered for 14 days need to make up for 14 days. Proof materials of recovery: 1. Negative proof of nucleic acid test for 2 times, with an interval of more than 24 hours; 2. Relevant certificates of no abnormality in health monitoring within 14 days.
痊愈14天以上的既往感染者按普通人员进行检测。痊愈未满14天的需补足14天。痊愈证明材料：1、2次核酸检测阴性证明，须间隔24小时以上；2、14天内健康监测无异常相关证明。7. Test requirements for close contacts, people with suspected symptoms, and people with "uncertain" nucleic acid test results.
七、密切接触者、有疑似症状者、核酸检测结果“不确定”者的检测要求。For close contacts, those with suspected symptoms, and those with "uncertain" nucleic acid test results, please conduct 5-day self-health monitoring. If there is no abnormality during the period, you can apply for a health code according to the general process after the health monitoring.
对于密切接触者、有疑似症状者、核酸检测结果“不确定”者，请进行5天自我健康监测，期间无异常的，即可在健康监测结束后按照一般流程申请健康码。Please do a good job of self-health monitoring, pay attention to personal protection before boarding and during the journey, and avoid boarding obstruction and transit detention caused by infection on the way. If the previous relevant requirements are inconsistent with the requirements of this notice, this notice shall prevail.
请赴华人员做好自我健康监测，注意登机前及旅途个人防护，避免因途中感染导致登机受阻、中转地滞留等情况。此前有关要求与本通知要求不符的，以本通知为准。
